What will I gain from this course?

  • Understand the professional boundary framework and definitions of transgressions.
  • Identify and problem-solve potentially risky situations before they escalate.
  • Put in place strategies to protect yourself, your colleagues, and organisation.
Nurses know that professional boundaries need to be maintained at all times, for the safety of all patients and clients. However this can be easier said than done.

This mini-course is a refresher on the many different aspects of professional boundaries you may encounter everyday. It covers some of the more common red flags to look out for and gives key strategies to help protect those boundaries and and reduce the risk to your career.

The full length version of this course will be released in June 2025 and explores all the concepts mentioned (and more) in the level of detail they deserve. Completing this course now allows you to find out if you are interested in learning more, and if so gain discounted access to the full course.
